The technician came out, thoroughly checked everything, and instead of trying to sell me expensive repairs or services I didn’t need, he honestly explained that my coils just needed to be cleaned. He cleaned them on the spot, got my system working properly again, and only charged $125 total, including the $99 service call. It’s refreshing to find a company that values honesty and integrity over making a quick sale. I really appreciated the fair pricing, professionalism, and straightforward approach.
